All sales are final. All products are made to order by hand and are made with a high quality standard and sent upon inspection. Should any plating or polishing services for maintaining the lustre / of the ring, a request for service must be agreed upon and paid in full, before shipping back to the designer's studio. Shipping must be paid for by the customer. The return cost of shipment back to the customer, will be added to the invoice of additional service.
