Returns & Exchanges: Our Commitment to Precision

At Briar de Wolfe, each piece is made-to-order—a meticulous process designed to eliminate waste and uphold architectural integrity. Because your piece is crafted specifically for your journey, our return process is designed to protect the craftsmanship and resources involved.

1. Eligibility for a Return

To ensure your item qualifies for a return, please observe the following guidelines:

  • Timely Request: A return request must be submitted within 14 days of your order's delivery date.

  • Pristine Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn state, showing no signs of modification or damage.

  • Complete Packaging: All original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accompanying materials, must be included.

  • Sets as a Whole: If your purchase was part of a set, the complete set must be returned; individual items from a set cannot be accepted.

2. Fees & Logistics

  • Standard Restocking Fee: To cover the cost of quality re-inspection, clinical sanitization, and artisanal restocking, all eligible returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee (calculated from the product's purchase price).

  • Chain Returns: Returns on chains are subject to a 20% restocking fee due to the technical labor required for link-integrity verification.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are a service fee paid to our carriers and are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Bespoke & Final Exclusions

Certain items, due to their unique nature or final pricing, are not eligible for return:

  • Custom Products: Jewelry created through our bespoke design service is unique to you and cannot be returned.

  • Final Sale: Products marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are ineligible for returns.
