Our Limited Lifetime Warranty (LLW) is an unwavering pledge to the integrity and meticulous craftsmanship of every unique creation, covering inherent manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This assurance confirms your investment in a truly unique and enduring aesthetic.

Our Unwavering Commitment

The LLW is a testament to the exceptional quality we stand by. It specifically covers any inherent manufacturing defects in the materials or artistry that arise under normal conditions.

Nurturing Your Journey: What Our LLW Does Not Cover

The warranty focuses solely on manufacturing integrity. It does not cover damage resulting from external trauma, stress, or natural degradation:

  • Design Integrity Failures: Our LLW does not cover damage from the natural, gradual stress of use over time, including: Denting, stretching, or bending of metal components; Breakage or thinning of chains or clasps; Loss of gemstones due to worn or bent prongs; or Surface degradation (e.g., natural scratches or patina).

  • Impact and Trauma: We do not cover damage caused by sudden impact, trauma, or accidental damage (e.g., items caught, crushed, or exposed to excessive force or harsh chemicals).

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or re-sizings performed by a third party will void the warranty.

Extending the Life of Your Treasure: Restoration Service

For all issues falling outside of the Limited Lifetime Warranty (including accidental damage or required maintenance), Briar de Wolfe offers a specialized Restoration Service for a defined fee. Choosing our studio for your repairs ensures the value of your piece is maintained by the original artisans, preserving your LLW status for covered defects.

Initiating a Service Request: Seamless Support for Your Treasure

Assessment Fee: To ensure the longevity of this commitment, all jewelry submitted for LLW assessment requires a $149 CAD Inspection and Handling Fee upon submission. This fee covers specialized review by our master artisan. The fee will be fully refunded if the issue is confirmed to be an inherent manufacturing defect covered by the LLW.
