Thank you for choosing briar de wolfe to be part of your jewelry journey. We stand by the quality of our creations and offer a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
- Lost items
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, bent rings, broken chains, broken and worn down gem settings, and chipped, broken or missing gemstones.
- Issues due to improper product use or storage
- Any products that have been modified
If you encounter an issue with your product within the warranty period, please submit your request with the following details to studio@briardewolfe.com:
- Include "Warranty" in the subject line
- Order # info
- A clear photo or video depicting the issue
- A description of the issue
We address warranty claims on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Your trust means the world to us and we're excited for the adventures ahead.
