Please note that this warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, bent rings, broken chains, broken and worn down gem settings, and chipped, broken or missing gemstones.
  • Issues due to improper product use or storage
  • Any products that have been modified

If you encounter an issue with your product within the warranty period, please submit your request with the following details to studio@briardewolfe.com

  • Include "Warranty" in the subject line
  • Order # info
  • A clear photo or video depicting the issue
  • A description of the issue

We address warranty claims on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Your trust means the world to us and we're excited for the adventures ahead.
