Terms and Conditions



Payment options available are  Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay  and PayPal.  Full payment is due prior to the fulfilment of orders and cannot be cancelled after purchase. All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable retainer, prior to production.



We do not accept returns and/or issue refunds.

Exchanges may be processed within 30 days of purchase; note the cost of shipping will re-apply. 

Please Note for Custom Orders
There are no refunds or exchanges for custom or special order jewelry, as they are tailor made for you. Items are final sale.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at studio@briardewolfe.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.



Fine/Custom Jewelry: briar de wolfe covers repairs under normal wear within the first six months after purchase. Such repairs include prong repair, replating jewelry and replacement of melee stones. Our team will examine the jewelry to assess if there is evidence of improper care or damage beyond normal circumstances. Customer is responsible for cost of repair or alteration as well as shipping

Silver Jewelry: Repair options include re-plating and/or post replacement as needed. The customer is responsible for cost of repair and shipping.



Repairs may be processed in-person (if local)  or shipped. For both options, please, please email studio@briardewolfe.com, with "Repair request" in the subject line. Kindly ensure items are shipped back in a box. We recommend using a trackable method with a signature required since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

A representative from our design team will reach out upon receipt of the package to finalize repair details and payment information.



We offer complimentary replating within 1 year of original purchase. Replating requested beyond 1 year are $45 per piece. As gold plated jewelry is susceptible of wearing with regular use and exposure to water, normal wear of gold plated jewelry does not fall under warranty.

We do our best to present the most accurate and reliable information on the website at all times. The information on solid gold jewelry may contain inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies to change and update information at any time without prior notice. This includes after order placement and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for solid gold items listed incorrectly regardless if the order was confirmed and the customer's credit card has been charged. 



We collect information from customers when orders are placed, or with subscription to our newsletter. Any of the information collected may be used to help personalize customer experience by improving our website and customer service, process transactions with your consent and administer promotional emails. Promotional emails are used to share the latest products and sales and can be opted out of anytime.
