The Hexagon Anchor is the primary structural tool of the Breathwork Series, designed with six distinct vertices to manage the Box Breathing Technique. Hand-calibrated in our Toronto atelier to translate a mental cycle into a tangible tactile rhythm.

Tactile Protocol

• The Box Breath Metronome: Trace one architectural face for each four-second stage of the Box Breath: Inhale (4s), Hold (4s), Exhale (4s), Hold (4s). The 120° angles provide a clear sensory "click" to signal the transition of the lungs.

• Symmetric Baseline: Optimized for maintaining a consistent, rhythmic state of focus. Use the six-point architecture to "lock-in" your performance cadence and anchor your awareness.

Sensory Calibration (Width)

• 2mm–4mm: Minimalist and discreet. An unseen structural metronome for all-day focus.

• 6mm–10mm: High-mass grounding. Maximum surface area and cold-metal weight for significant proprioceptive feedback.
